Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a licensed social worker to provide counseling services to K-12 students in in-district classrooms and standalone schools.

The role involves collaborating with school teams, developing IEP and BIP goals, and implementing social-emotional support within SESI’s PBIS framework. You will work with diverse student populations, maintain compliant records, and engage families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Professional licensure as LPC/LCPC/LCSW/LMSW/LMFT/LMHC is required.
• 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in school or related settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, or family counseling to students.
• Collaborate with IEP teams to develop social-emotional goals.
• Maintain student records in accordance with regulations.
• Deliver PBIS-based support and behavior management strategies.
• Coordinate with families and external providers to support students.

Education
