Job summary

FullBloom seeks a school-based mental health professional to deliver social-emotional services to students, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. You will provide individual and group counseling aligned with IEPs/BIPs and contribute to data-driven behavior supports.

The role requires LPC/LCPC or equivalent licensure, a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and 2 years of experience with children/adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings.

Qualifications

• Licensure as LPC/LCPC, LCSW or LMSW, LMFT or LMHC required.
• Master’s degree in social work, human services, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with children/adolescents in school or behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, or push-in counseling in alignment with IEP/BIP.
• Collaborate on IEPs, including social-emotional goals and meeting participation.
• Assess social-emotional/behavior, analyze data, and develop FBA and BIPs.
• Implement behavior management, de-escalation, crisis response, and safe handling if needed.
• Maintain student records per regulatory requirements.
