Job summary

FullBloom, through SESI, seeks a licensed social worker to provide school-based social-emotional services to K-12 students in Colorado. You will collaborate with school teams to deliver individual or group counseling, help develop IEPs and BIPs, and support data-driven behavior interventions.

The role requires professional licensure (LPC/LCPC/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/LCMHC), a Master’s degree in a related field, and 2 years of relevant experience, with a salary range of USD 60,000–65,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, human services, or related field.
• Professional licensure including LPC/LCPC, LCSW or LMFT/LMHC/LCMHC.
• 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a school, special education, or behavior health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual or group counseling to students.
• Collaborate on creating IEPs and behavior plans.
• Conduct social-emotional assessments and develop plans.
• Perform data-informed progress monitoring and documentation.
• Coordinate with school teams and external partners as needed.
• Support staff with social-emotional learning initiatives.
