Job summary

SESI, a division of FullBloom, seeks a licensed social worker to deliver social-emotional services in K-12 settings. You will provide individual or group counseling, collaborate with school teams and families, and participate in IEP/BIP planning and implementation.

The role emphasizes data-driven assessments and functional behavior planning within SESI’s PBIS framework, contributing to student success and a supportive school environment.

Qualifications

• Professional licensure: LCSW or LMSW.
• Master’s degree in social work, human services, or related field.
• 2 years of experience with children and adolescents in school, special education, or behavior health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse students from varying backgrounds to provide social-emotional support.
• Provide individual, group, or push-in counseling per IEP or BIP.
• Collaborate on creating IEPs, social-emotional goals, and IEP meetings.
• Complete social-emotional and behavior assessments, analyze data, and develop BIPs.
• Implement behavior management, de-escalation, crisis response, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with external partners and maintain regulatory-compliant student records.
