Job summary

Poudre School District seeks a social worker for Blevins Middle School to provide interventions and support services to students and families. The role emphasises collaboration with teachers, administrators, and district staff to improve student outcomes within the PSD community.

The position is 100% with a 188-day work calendar, starting August 10, 2026. Requires a Colorado Special Services license with Social Worker endorsement and a valid Colorado driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• Valid Colorado Educator's License with appropriate endorsement is needed.
• Criminal background check required for hire.
• Valid Colorado driver's license is required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide social work services to students and families.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student needs.
• Develop and implement interventions aligned to IEP goals.
• Direct services to students for social-emotional support and consult with families.
• Assist with instructional planning to meet student needs and behaviors.
• Monitor progress and communicate with parents and staff.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams and professional meetings.
