Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a School Social Worker to support students across the nation. This role focuses on counseling, crisis intervention, and collaborative work with educators to enhance student well-being.

Applicants should hold a Colorado Special Services Provider License with a Social Work Endorsement and be prepared to work within a multidisciplinary team offering mentorship and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Colorado Special Services Provider License with Social Work Endorsement is required.
• Experience in school settings or with school-based services is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with schools, families, and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to students and families
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and outside agencies to support student well-being
• Assess students' social, emotional, and environmental needs that impact learning
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of intervention plans
• Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community to foster student success
