Qualifications

• Master's Degree: Social Work (Required).
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (DORA) and Special Services Provider License - Social Worker - Colorado Department of Education.

Responsibilities

• Support a safe, inclusive learning environment and promote student success.
• Document health-related services in Medicaid/IEP systems.
• Collaborate with school personnel, students and parents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Conduct safety screenings and assessments.
• Attend district professional development in mental health and special education.
• Provide case management support.
• Demonstrate expertise in assessment, data-based decision making, and psycho-educational practices.
• Maintain continuing education requirements for licensure.
• Communicate effectively in written and oral form.
• Implement crisis prevention, intervention, and recovery efforts.
• Plan, organize, and implement instructional programming to meet student needs.
• Maintain up-to-date records of services delivered to students.
