• Assist general or special education teachers by providing instructional support.
• Implement behavior strategies and support student safety.
• Monitor students in classrooms and transitions and assist during crises.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and mobility needs.
• Support students with communication, sensory, or cognitive needs using AAC devices.
• Maintain records of student progress and input data for IEPs.
• Collaborate with staff to implement IEP goals and crisis plans.
• Help students develop self-regulation and daily living skills.
• Cover schedules for paras during urgent incidents.
