Job summary

New Story Schools in Kutztown, PA, seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to empower students ages 5–21 with autism and developmental challenges. You will conduct assessments, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and collaborate with educators, families, and therapists to support communication goals.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
Experience in a school or clinical setting with students who have special needs.
Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
Partner with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver targeted speech-language therapy.
Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain documentation of student growth.
Create and evaluate IEP goals and provide data-driven updates for ongoing support.
