New Story Schools is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve students aged 5–21 with autism and developmental challenges across Wyoming & Throop campuses. You will conduct assessments, create individualized plans, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, active CCC-SLP, and experience in school or clinical settings. Join our team and help empower students toward meaningful adult lives.

This is a split position between our Wyoming & Throop campuses.

What You’ll Need

• Master’s degree from an accredited academic program in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in a school or clinical setting with students who have special needs
• Knowledge of Individualized Education Plan (IEP) development and implementation
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with IEP goals
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver targeted speech-language therapy
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain clear documentation of student growth
• Create and evaluate IEP goals and provide data-driven updates for ongoing support
• Use behavior management and engagement strategies to create a positive learning environment
