Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students aged 5-21 with autism and related needs at our Wyoming and Throop campuses. You will assess, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and work with families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver targeted therapy.

The role requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and active ASHA CCC-SLP certification, plus experience in school or clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• Experience in school or clinical settings with students with special needs preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.

• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document student growth clearly.

This role will be split between our Wyoming and Throop campuses.

What You'll Need

• Master's degree from an accredited academic program in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in a school or clinical setting with students who have special needs
• Knowledge of Individualized Education Plan (IEP) development and implementation
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills

What You'll Do

• Partner with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver targeted speech-language therapy
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain clear documentation of student growth
