New Story Schools is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to empower students aged 5–21 with autism and developmental challenges. You will collaborate with educators, families, and therapists to deliver individualized speech-language support and help students reach their full potential.

You will conduct assessments, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, monitor progress, and provide data-driven updates. A supportive team culture and ongoing professional development await.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Experience in school/clinical settings with students who have special needs.
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver targeted speech-language therapy.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain clear documentation of student growth.
• Create and evaluate IEP goals and provide data-driven updates for ongoing support.
• Use behavior management and engagement strategies to create a positive learning environment.
