Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students aged 5-21 with autism and related needs at our Wyoming and Throop campuses. You will assess, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and work with families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver targeted therapy.

The role requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and active ASHA CCC-SLP certification, plus experience in school or clinical settings.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
Experience in school or clinical settings with students with special needs preferred.
Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver targeted therapy.
Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document student growth clearly.
Create and evaluate IEP goals and provide data-driven updates.
Apply behavior management and engagement strategies to create a positive learning environment.
