New Story Schools is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students aged 5–21 with autism and related challenges. You will assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy aligned with IEP goals in collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required.
• Experience in a school or clinical setting with students who have special needs.
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver targeted speech-language therapy.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain clear documentation of student growth.
• Create and evaluate IEP goals and provide data-driven updates for ongoing support.
• Use behavior management and engagement strategies to create a positive learning environment.
