Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a Birmingham-area school. This contract role allows you to apply your expertise to improve communication skills and support student success.

You will conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, provide direct and consultative services, and participate in IEP meetings with a multidisciplinary team. Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred, with strong collaboration and documentation skills valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state licensure or eligibility required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong assessment and intervention skills for speech and language.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver direct and consultative services, both individually and in groups.
• Participate in IEP meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Educate teachers and families on therapy techniques.
