Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with school-aged children in a school setting preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with documentation, progress tracking, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students identified with communication disorders
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations as required
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Develop treatment plans and set measurable goals for each student
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation according to school and regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing progress and recommendations
• Offer support and resources to classroom staff to enhance carryover of speech strategies
