Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students’ communication development in a dynamic K-12 school setting across Texas. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome.
• School-setting experience preferred but not required.
• Experience evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adolescents.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency skills.
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational staff and parents.
• Provide direct therapy to students individually and in small groups, targeting communication goals that impact classroom success.
• Maintain precise and timely records of progress and session outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary planning sessions, and professional development.
• Serve as a resource to teachers and staff regarding speech and language development strategies.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with families to support students’ progress.
