Job summary

Buckled In in Tacoma is seeking responsible drivers to transport K-12 students to and from school. This part-time role offers average 20 hours per week during the school year, with paid training and a supportive office staff. You can earn additional referral bonuses and work with a safety tech-equipped fleet.

Summers off may occur and you will be a W2 employee. Hours are Mon-Fri 6:00-9:00 am and 1-4:30 pm. You must be 21+, have a valid license, insurance, 3+ years driving, a four-door vehicle,

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Current and valid car insurance and vehicle registration.
• At least 3 years of legal driving experience.
• Own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• Able to pass onboarding including BCI and FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection.
• Read, write and speak English at a proficient level.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Be available from MONDAY - FRIDAY, 6:00-9:00 am and 1-4:30 pm on weekdays.
