Job summary

Buckled In is seeking responsible, purpose-driven drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation for students. This part-time role offers paid training and a supportive office staff, with the opportunity to earn above-average wages per route and potential referral bonuses.

Hours are set weekdays with morning and afternoon blocks, and employees are designated as W2 staff. A driver’s vehicle and smartphone are required, along with a complete onboarding process including fingerprinting and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• Pass onboarding including BCI/FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Available Monday–Friday, 6:00–9:00 am and 1:00–4:30 pm on weekdays.
