Job summary

Buckled In is seeking responsible, purpose-driven drivers who believe that all children have the right to safe and reliable access to their education. Earn above-average wages paid per route, plus potential additional amounts for longer routes and more stops.

Work part-time, about 20 hours per week during the school year, with paid training and a friendly, supportive office staff. You will be a W2 employee with a 6:00–9:00 am and 1:00–4:30 pm schedule, Summers off, and an optional 401(k).

Qualifications

• You are at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• You own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• You have current and valid car insurance and accompanying vehicle registration.
• You have at least 3 years of legal driving experience.
• You can pass onboarding including BCI and FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection.
• You read, write and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Available Monday–Friday, 6:00–9:00 am and 1:00–4:30 pm on weekdays.
