Job summary

Buckled In is seeking responsible drivers to transport K-12 students to and from school. The role is part-time, averaging about 20 hours per week during the school year, with paid training and a supportive office staff. W2 employment is offered, plus a potential to earn referral bonuses and seasonal route opportunities.

Summers off may be available. Drivers must be at least 21, have a valid license and a safe driving history, own a four-door vehicle, and pass onboarding including FBI/background

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Safe driving record and pass onboarding processes.
• Read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
• Own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Be available Monday–Friday, 6:00–9:00 am and 1:00–4:30 pm on weekdays.
