Job summary

Buckled In is seeking responsible, purpose-driven drivers to transport K-12 students to and from school in Oregon City. This part-time role offers paid training, a friendly office staff, and a W2 employment arrangement, with summers off when routes are available.

You will earn above-average wages per route, with potential unlimited referral bonuses, and there is an optional 401(k) plan. A safety tech system is installed in every vehicle to support safe driving and coaching.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• Must have a safe driving record and reliable vehicle.
• English reading/writing/speaking at proficient level.
• Own a four-door vehicle and smartphone is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely to and from school.
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Be available for designated morning and afternoon routes Monday to Friday.
