Job summary

Buckled In is seeking responsible, purpose-driven drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation for students to and from school. Earn above-average wages per route, with part-time hours (about 20 hours/week during the school year) and paid training.

Be a W2 employee and enjoy added benefits including summer breaks and potential referral bonuses. Drivers must be 21+, hold a valid license and insurance, and pass onboarding (BCI/FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and vehicle inspection).

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Current car insurance and vehicle registration.
• At least 3 years of legal driving experience.
• Own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• Able to pass onboarding including BCI and FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection.
• Read, write and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Be available from MONDAY - FRIDAY, 6:00-9:00 am and 1-4:30 pm on weekdays.
