Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a School Relations Coordinator to support our Child Care Center operations and serve as the liaison between Pathways Learning Academy and Church Administrative Teams. The role emphasizes communication, relationship-building, and program support.

The candidate should have an Associates degree or higher, experience supervising in a childcare setting, and strong English communication, time management, and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher is required.
• Previous supervisor work experience in a childcare environment is required.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Demonstrates an understanding of all current state and local regulations.
• Must be able to communicate in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Communicate! Cultivates a close working bond with Church leaders through ongoing communication and collaboration.
• Promote! Promote the positive image of the company and help with tours.
• Task-Master! Manage calls, data entry, filing, accounts receivable collection, and various projects.
• Helpful! Responsible for daily cleaning duties.
• Team-oriented: May work in classrooms when needed.
• Safety Focused! Ensure safety of children per state laws.
