Learning Care is seeking a School Relations Coordinator to support the Child Care Center and serve as a liaison between Pathways Learning Academy and church admin teams. Responsibilities include clerical duties, classroom help, and relationship-building with families and church leaders.

The role emphasizes communication, organization, and adherence to state regulations, with opportunities for ongoing training and career growth. Strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher required.
• Previous supervisor work experience in a childcare environment required.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Must communicate in English and meet state accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with church leaders and families to support the Child Care Center.
• Promote the center and assist with tours and welcome packets.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls, data entry, filing, and accounts receivable tasks.
• Assist with daily cleaning and provide classroom support as needed.
• Collaborate with church administrative teams to build strong relationships.
• Ensure safety and compliance with state regulations.
