Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking an experienced School Psychologist to join our leadership team and support students through counseling, evaluations, and collaboration with IEP teams. You will work with campus-based Special Education teams to deliver professional development and partner with school leaders to meet student needs.

The role emphasizes observing students, developing educational plans, and ensuring services align with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational or clinical psychology with at least one year internship.
• Credentialed School Psychologist is required or equivalent.
• Experience collaborating with IEP teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological counseling to students, families, and staff.
• Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and report findings.
• Collaborate on the Child Study Team and IEP processes.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with state laws.
• Coordinate with teachers and parents to develop appropriate programs.
• Provide professional development to teachers and staff.
