Qualifications

  • Master's degree in educational or clinical psychology required.
  • At least one year of internship under credentialed school psychologist supervision.
  • Valid School Psychologist Credential and California driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychological counseling to students, parents, and staff.
  • Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and develop findings reports.
  • Observe pupils in classrooms and school settings.
  • Serve on the IEP team for students with psychological concerns.
  • Facilitate goals and objectives per child’s educational plan.
  • Administer and evaluate standardized psychological tests as needed.
  • Maintain appropriate records and coordinate with staff and parents to develop programs.
  • Ensure all services comply with state laws and regulations.
