Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School Psychologist to provide expert psychological services in an educational setting near Allentown, PA. This contract role focuses on collaboration with school teams, student growth, and creating an inclusive academic environment.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology and PA certification or eligibility, with strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills and experience in IEP development. MTSS/RTI familiarity is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification (or eligibility).
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills.
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs.
• Familiarity with MTSS and RTI processes.
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse student populations.
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
• Participate in multidisciplinary and IEP team meetings.
• Provide individual and group counseling to students as appropriate.
• Assist with crisis intervention and risk assessments; develop data-driven strategies to address academic, behavioral, or emotional challenges.
• Consult with staff to design interventions and positive behavior supports.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential documentation.
