Qualifications

• Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification (or eligibility).
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills.
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs.
• Familiarity with MTSS and RTI processes.
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse student populations.
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
• Participate in multidisciplinary and IEP team meetings.
• Provide individual and group counseling to students as appropriate.
• Assist with crisis intervention and risk assessments; develop data-driven strategies to address academic, behavioral, or emotional challenges.
• Consult with staff to design interventions and positive behavior supports.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential documentation.
