Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a School Psychologist to provide pivotal psychological services in a school setting near Dover, DE. This on-site contract role focuses on supporting students' academic, emotional, and social success through assessment, counseling, and collaborative planning with educators and families.

You will administer assessments, develop IEPs, and participate in MTSS/RTI initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• State licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret assessments to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement IEPs and interventions.
• Provide direct counseling to students addressing academic, social, and emotional challenges.
• Participate in RTI and MTSS processes to support student success.
• Offer crisis intervention and contribute to incident response as needed.
• Conduct staff development sessions to promote understanding of students’ psychological needs.
• Maintain confidential documentation and adhere to ethical and legal guidelines.
