A school district in Montana is seeking a qualified School Psychologist for the 2025/2026 school year. The role involves consulting with various stakeholders, conducting psychoeducational assessments, and supporting special education students through data-driven interventions and crisis management. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field and be eligible for Montana certification. This position aligns with the school psychologist salary schedule and is open until filled.

Formación

• Eligible for Montana Class 6 certification or Class 5 (only needing internship).
• Eligible for Montana Class 6 certification or Class 5 (internship).

Responsabilidades

• Consultation and collaboration with administrators, teachers, parents, community professional agencies.
• Psycho educational Assessment.
• Active in RTI - Development of interventions, support student support.
• Child Find screenings.
• Teaming with educational staff for special education students.
• Data-based decision making and accountability.
• Home/School/Community Collaboration.
• Prevention, crisis intervention and mental health child advocate.
• Adherence to district, state and federal policies.

Educación

Master's Degree or Ed. S. in School Psychology or related field

Eligible for Montana Class 6 certification or Class 5

• Master's Degree or Ed. S. in School Psychology or related field;
• Eligible for Montana Class 6 certification or Class 5 (only needing internship)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consultation and collaboration with administrators, teachers, parents, community professional agencies;
• Psycho educational Assessment;
• Active in RTI - Development of interventions, support student support, ex social skills, counseling behavior;
• Child Find screenings;
• Teaming with educational staff for special education students;
• Data-based decision making and accountability;
• Home /School/Community Collaboration; i.e. multidisciplinary teams;
• Prevention, crisis intervention and mental health child advocate;
• Adherence to district, state and federal policies.

EMPLOYMENT:

187 days per school year

For the 2025/2026 school year

Follows School Psychologist Salary Schedule
