Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist for multiple in-person openings in Redmond, WA. This full-time school-based role runs through the 2026–2027 year, with assignments spanning fall to late spring.

You will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, participate in eligibility decisions and IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers, families, and student support teams to implement recommendations.

Qualifications

• Washington State ESA certificate endorsed for School Psychology, or eligibility to obtain one.
• School psychology experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and prepare reports.
• Participate in eligibility determinations and IEP meetings.
