Ampersand Therapy in Redford, MI is seeking a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This in-person, full-time role supports students in a collaborative, teacher- and therapist-led environment.

You will conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, develop IEP goals, participate in IEP meetings, partner with teachers and families, and maintain timely documentation. A Michigan School Psychology license and a Master’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology earned or in progress
• Active Michigan School Psychology License
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide school psychology services in the school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
