Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a full-time School Psychologist for a K-12 setting in Aurora, CO. You will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to support student success.

The role requires a Master’s degree in School Psychology and Colorado CDE certification by start date. NASP membership is a plus, and a 1.0 FTE schedule is available with a competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology (or equivalent).
• Valid Colorado CDE Certification (required by start date).
• Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred.
• NASP membership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide progress monitoring and compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff.
• Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs.
• Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports.
• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations.
