Ampersand Therapy in Montrose, CO is hiring a School Psychologist to support K–12 students in a full-time, 2026–2027 school year. You will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with teachers and families to promote student success.

The role welcomes both new clinicians and experienced professionals; requires a Master’s in School Psychology and Colorado CDE certification by start date.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology and valid state certification by start date.
• Strong assessment, documentation and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred; NASP membership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions.
• Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant records.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and special education staff.
• Support behavioral, social-emotional and academic needs.
