Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist to support K-12 students in Aurora, CO. You will conduct evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers in a collaborative school setting.

This is a W-2 role with competitive pay up to $68/hour, full access to benefits, liability insurance, and reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses, serving a 0.8–1.0 FTE schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent.
• Valid Colorado CDE Certification required by start date.
• NASP membership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff.
• Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs.
• Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports.
• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations.
