Job summary

Communities in Schools of Pennsylvania, Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator to implement the CIS Integrated Student Supports model within a designated school building.

You will oversee coordination and delivery of services to students and families and report to the Director of Programs to help students reach their full potential. This year-round, full-time, exempt role requires collaboration with school staff, CISPA, and community partners, including data management in CISDM and reporting to

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher with 4+ years of related education/experience.
• 1-3 years experience in public education or community-based organizations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual needs assessment with measurable objectives and service-delivery strategy.
• Develop and implement School Support Plan.
• Monitor and evaluate services quarterly.
• Coordinate program reporting to CISPA state office, district, and partners.
• Lead at least 4 Tier I programs annually.
• Facilitate Tier II focus groups.
• Provide Tier III case management to ~10% of students (max 65).
• Maintain weekly documentation in CISDM.
• Engage with CISPA team and district personnel, students, families, volunteers, and partners.
