Job summary

Communities in Schools of Pennsylvania, Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator to implement the ISS model within a designated school building. You will oversee services for students and families and help them reach their full potential under the Director of Programs.

You will coordinate annual needs assessments, School Support Plans, and program reporting while leveraging partnerships to maximize support. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills and a commitment to equity and

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 4+ years in relevant fields.
• 1-3 years' experience in public education or community organizations.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual needs assessments and develop service delivery strategies.
• Coordinate School Support Plan and report data to CISPA and partners.
• Deliver Tier I–III programs and facilitate focus groups as needed.
• Coordinate partnerships to broker additional support for the school building.
• Document interactions and report progress to CISPA and district partners.
• Act as CISPA ambassador with district personnel, students, families and community partners.
