Job summary

Communities in Schools of Pennsylvania, Inc. seeks a Site Coordinator to implement the CIS Integrated Student Supports model within a designated school building. You will oversee services to students and families, coordinating programs under the Director of Programs to help students reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years related experience preferred.
• Experience in public education or community-based organizations is valued.
• Proven ability to manage data and report outcomes to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual needs assessments with measurable objectives and service-delivery strategy.
• Develop and implement School Support Plans based on needs assessments.
• Coordinate program reporting to CISPA state office and partners.
• Facilitate school-wide and targeted programs in line with identified needs.
• Provide case management and serve diverse stakeholders within the school community.
