Communities in Schools of Pennsylvania, Inc. seeks a Site Coordinator to implement the CIS ISS model in a school setting, coordinating services for students and families under the Director of Programs. The role is full-time and exempt, with salary around $47,000 and full benefits.

Under supervision, you will manage needs assessments, ensure program delivery, and report outcomes to CISPA, the district, and partners. This position emphasizes data accuracy, collaboration, and direct student support.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or equivalent.
• 1–3 years' relevant experience in public education or community-based orgs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual school and student needs assessment with measurable objectives.
• Develop and implement School Support Plan based on needs assessment.
• Coordinate program reporting to CISPA state office, the designated school district, and partners.
• Deliver at least four Tier I programs and facilitate Tier II focus groups.
• Provide Tier III case management to up to 65 students.
• Represent CISPA with district personnel, families, volunteers, and partners.
• Document all interactions in CISDM weekly.
