Job summary

Amergis is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate students, develop and provide therapy services, and document progress in accordance with each student’s plan of care.

The role requires current OT licensure in the state of practice, and compliance with professional standards. CPR and health documentation may be required, with eligibility for employer benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations.
• Develop and provide therapy services.
• Document services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards.
