Job summary

Amergis is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate students, develop and provide therapy, and document services per the care plan in a school setting. This contract role requires current OT licensure in the state, CPR if applicable, and compliance with all relevant standards.

Preferred candidates may have 1 year of OT experience; additional requirements include health certificates, TB screening if applicable, and meeting federal/state/local regulations.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Performs student evaluations and develops/implements therapy services.
• Documents services in accordance with the plan of care for each student.
