Job summary

Amergis is looking for a School Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel position in Port Orchard, WA. The OT will perform student evaluations, provide therapy services, and maintain documentation according to care plans.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice.
• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations.
• Develop and provide therapy services.
• Document services in accordance with the plan of care.
