Job summary

Amergis is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to perform student evaluations, develop and provide therapy services, and document all services in line with each student’s plan of care. The role requires current OT licensure in the practicing state and compliance with applicable health and safety standards.

Preferred candidates have 1 year of professional OT experience and CPR/health documentation as required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations.
• Develop and provide therapy services.
• Document services in accordance with the plan of care for each student.
