Job summary

Amergis is seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our contract–full-time team in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. The OT will evaluate students, develop plans, provide therapy services, and document outcomes per the care plan.

Candidates must hold current OT licensure in Wisconsin and meet state requirements; one year of OT experience preferred. We offer competitive pay, health benefits, and a supportive education-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• One year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations and develop and provide therapy services per the plan of care.
• Document services in accordance with the plan of care for each student.
