Job summary

Amergis in the United States is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate students, develop and deliver therapy services, and document care according to each student’s plan of care.

Applicants must hold current OT licensure in the state, CPR certification, and health documentation as required by contract or state regulation; one year of professional OT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• CPR certification current.
• TB questionnaire/PPD or chest X-ray if applicable.
• Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One year of professional OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services.
• Document services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student.
• Ensure therapy activities align with professional standards and requirements.
