Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid state OT license is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students referred for OT services and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services within the school environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to adapt learning materials and environments.
• Monitor, document, and report student progress per school guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
• Adapt interventions to improve independence for secondary students.
