Job summary

Soliant is seeking a contract Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students in a school setting. You will deliver individual and group therapy, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional life skills, across a diverse student population.

This part-time role offers a three-day weekly schedule with an immediate start and a contract running until June 28th. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams, document services, and participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with school-based or pediatric experience.
• Experience with K-12 populations and adapting approaches across developmental stages.
• Strong understanding of educational and healthcare practices in occupational therapy.
• Excellent communication for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families.
• Organized and flexible to manage a varied caseload on a 3-day weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group therapy to improve fine motor, sensory processing, and functional life skills.
• Assess student needs, develop intervention plans, and monitor progress with educational teams.
• Document all services in line with school and professional guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary support plans.
• Provide strategies and training for teachers and families to support students in classroom and home settings.
