Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Illinois OT license required.
• Experience in school settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person OT services to students, starting with a caseload of ~30.
• Collaborate with the early childhood diagnostic team to assess needs for OT services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each student.
• Maintain thorough documentation according to school guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for student achievement.
• Engage with educators and families to support classroom and home strategies.
