Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated occupational therapist to join our school-based team in Wilmington, NC, on a contract through the end of the current academic year. You will provide direct OT services to students across elementary, middle, and high school grades, aligned with IEP and 504 plans.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Experience in school settings, home health, or healthcare environments preferred.
• Ability to work with students in elementary, middle, and high school.
• Familiarity with IEPs, progress tracking, and school-based documentation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying student needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students per IEP or 504 plans.
• Conduct assessments and develop targeted intervention strategies.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals.
• Provide training and resources to staff and families as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development.
